Carl is the founder of the media agency, Hot Shoe Media in the United Kingdom, and a business advisor and mentor, with a passion for helping people get ahead; also, a photography and travel writer. Carl works in a challenging environment in a conceptual, intellectual, operational, and commercial capacity with tight budgets, short time frames and little resources. He creates and lead businesses out of wilderness and nurtures, transforms and mentor them to success. He was in charge of Business Affairs and Development in Silent Sensors Ltd in the UK and also a former director of Soccer Expo Foundation in Kenya.
Moses is a Pan-African financial services and Fintech expert with a strong commercial and business development drive. He is the Head of Growth, Africa of d-local, a former Vice President in OPay (Online Acquisition and Retail) and Flutterwave (Sales). He leads high impact growth team and have being a key leader in two Fintech start-ups that have gone to achieve unicorn status within a year.
Dr Kayode Alawonde is the Cyber Security Lead, City of Saskatoon, Canada. He’s the immediate past Group Head, Operations and CIO of Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON). An insightful and results-focused information technology executive with extensive experience in managing and directing operations for complex and advanced IT projects and services. Versatile in performing evaluations and selection of IT solutions and information security tools, with vast experience across major technology areas and projects:ERP systems, Infrastructure (servers/storages/network), cloud and on-premises deployments and Databases.
Babafemi is an experienced IT professional, a solution driven IT specialist with notable success directing a broad range of corporate technology initiatives while participating in planning and implementation of Information Technology and Security Solutions in direct support of business objectives. He specialize in network monitoring, security software installation working to prevent cyber attacks especially in corporate setting. He is the director and CTO of Plectrum Business Solutions.
Prof Nnamdi Nwulu
Nnamdi is a Professor at the University of Johannesburg and Director of the Center for Cyber Physical Food, Energy and Water Systems (CCP-FEWS). He is a researcher, educationist, and engineer at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Johannesburg, a Senior Research Associate in the SARChi Chair in Innovation Studies at the Tshwana, University of Science and Technology, and Associate Editor of the African Journal of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Development (AJSTID). Nnamdi’s research interests include the application of digital technologies, mathematical optimization techniques and machine learning algorithms in Food, Energy, and Water Systems. He is a Y-rated researcher by the National Research Foundation of South Africa.
Douglas Elisha CFA
Douglas is a financial expert who studied in the Wharton School in the University of Pennsylvania. He is the Technical Assistant to the GMD FBNHoldings Plc, and was the former Vice President (Merger and Acquisition) in FBNQuest. He had also been a member of senior management in EY (formerly Ernst and Young) and was a Principal Consultant in NEXTZON. He is skilled in financial and business modeling, business strategy and financial analysis.
Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata Jnr. (CFA)
CFA is an author and a co-founder of GoDo Hub and techbuild.africa, and the immediate past Africa regional director of Founder Institute (a silicon valley business incubator, entrepreneur training and Startup launch program) . He was host and co-producer of Tech Trends with Channels Television, and currently volunteers as a director of the Innovation Support Network (ISN) Hubs , and a director with Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NiRA). He is presently the MD/CEO of Anambra State ICT Agency.
Segun is a Project, Business and Training Consultant with several years work experience in Training and Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Service and Project Management spanning local and multinational organizations in Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO), Telecommunications, and Oil & Gas. He is currently the CEO of Digivate 360 (Facebook/META Economic Impact Partner on the “Boost With Facebook” program with over 50,000 SMEs engaged); Hub 360 Nigeria and executive director with 10th Gear Africa (Rwanda and Nigeria).
